I had an emergency with my cat flora yesterday, I had given her hertz flea and tick and she had a terrible reaction to it she was frantic and itching and mouth breathing which is a sign of distress in cats and this place told me to bring her right on in. The gentleman at the counter was so sweet caring and courteous!! Once I got there and once they realized I had a child in a wheelchair they jumped right in to help me carry the cat carrier and open doors for me, which in the disability world I feel like opening a door is the most kind and helpful thing anyone can do. They were so thorough with her and even called the next day to check on her. The price was VERY affordable, I did call around before I decided on this place and the other places were double or more it was insane. I have used the humane society in bowling green for most of her needs due to financial reasons but I truly honestly feel like this place truly cared for my kitty like she was theirs, and the way they helped me all the way to my car once I was leaving truly made me want to shed a tear. Thank you to each and everyone of you 🙏 I will absolutely be returning and telling anyone I know about Dr. Brown and her truly exceptional team!!!
